So well said, and such a shame it must be said at all. For anyone with the ability to think and reason, it is obvious that the concept of equity is doomed to cause the failure of any project other than helping those in charge feel good about themselves because they support equity.

If you say "equity" outside the realm of a financial conversation, I have found that I can very quickly discern pretty much your entire worldview rather accurately. Kinda like the kid with the purple hair and cheek ring who shows up for a job interview

It is insidious how the disaffected left has been using simple wordplay to alter meanings and convince otherwise reasonably intelligent people (I'm hopeful) to do things and think ways they otherwise would not. Your final sentence says it all......everyone needs to grow a pair and speak up with conviction to idiot ideas and concepts that in any other time would have gotten these people a failing grade. Otherwise we end up with:

True concept. If equity is a core goal, the project can't fail regardless of bad outcomes. Everybody failing together is equity at its core.

I agree speak up, but the problem is most people don't feel as if they have much of a platform to be heard in a way that might make an impact.

Next year, when we have lunch (The ditch...always a winner) and we talk about how the trust issue in society was abated (yeah, that url in those emails and dm's) We can move to the next step which is how to engage active voter blocks in ANY location, district, state...to "guide legislation" with their votes (interestig concept) and this well BEGIN to truncate the money influence in politics; (One Dollar, One Vote, is the answer, I'll show you)...Yes, you can take the money. I believe you said in an interview last week...can't take out the $$$...I disagree!! Let's talk!!
