Thanks for fighting for our civilization, Joe. Charlie and Iryna are martyrs. We need to win the narrative and culture while dismantling leftist msm propaganda that leads to and memory holes tragedies: https://yuribezmenov.substack.com/p/iryna-zarutska-nyt-propaganda

Your courage should and needs to be infectious. I confess that I feel helpless trying to make a difference, and know that it is the wrong place to be. Thank you for all that you do. Hopefully, if said enough, there will be a turning point and get back-benchers like me into the game.

Well said Joe. We need real solutions and your outline is important start.

Spending $100M of taxpayer money on lobbying is unbelievable.

An appropriate message on 9/11. The world needs better leadership. Period.

The Veteran Fund believes that US military veterans building critical technology companies will become an important talent pool of future political leaders in our country. We need fewer special interests and more liberty-minded leaders with a track record of service-based leadership to ensure the right people are in place to usher in the golden era of America.

Excellent overview! In November 2026 Austin will have 5 city council seats up for reelection. Let’s flip council!

Thank you Joe for what you do and the thoughts you share. These are big ideas, will require big leadership. That’s not Abbott’s style, as Tucker Carlson said Abbott is like the father that runs out the back door during a home invasion leaving the wife and children to deal with the invasion.

The wrong people are the ones running for public office, especially the Texas legislature. And conservatives must recognize the democrats are straight up evil, until proven anything else. Their mindset is only a step away from nihilism at any moment, at best and most have both feet in the religious cult of Marxism.

Thank you again Sir. Remember always have protection available!

I donated (again) to your Cicero Institute today, in memory of Iryna. What else can we do to advance this agenda? What steps can the average person take? I think many of us feel powerless against the tide of MSM propaganda and social media censorship. What is the highest-leverage point of action where we can put pressure to advance the cause of reason and justice? Where is the chink in the armor of the Marxist system that we can attack?

I think what Joe is doing may be the best solution short of kicking out all people who profess to hate America. He’s founded new schools minus the woke indoctrination/ think tanks developing policy initiatives/ asking his wealthy friends to stop donating to those schools. If I had the means I would be on the same page.!!!

Imagine what a healthy city could look like?

Healthy public schools not influenced by special interest groups or unionized teachers?

A solid police force that behaved not like a military invasion force?

Government that listened to the community not the lobbyists and employees that acknowledged they are civil servants and actually worked a 8 hour day

Highways and neighborhood streets not full of pot holds.

Trash collectors that actually picked up all the trash.

Neighborhoods that did not fear night time and criminal activity.

Go figure

So this notion of governance seems to have escaped the collective understanding of those elected to govern. Both left and right share blame. Deeply embedded special interests undermining the health and vitality of a nation through lobbyists. Politicians whose only interest is re-election to self serve while conducting insider trading at scale and in plain sight. Big Pharma's stranglehold on Washington and a Health Care system that increases cost and delivers worse patient outcomes. A middle class and job market for new entrants deteriorating at an unprecedented scale. Then finally Social Media's radicalization of American Society against each other in search of digital engagement because of the business model. This isn't the America I risked my life to defend, and it isn't the one that my father conducted amphibious landings in WW2 to guarantee a future worth having. But I trust in God and I trust there will be a way out. I pray for it every day. May Christ hold Charlie and his family in the palm of his hands as Charlie begins his Glorious Journey.

You’re correct in most of this but at this point in time it’s fair to say the left has a majority stake in the violence and violent rhetoric leading to same. And when Trump and RFK say something negative about a member of that big pharma lobby, they get attacked for saying something the attackers were saying a few months ago. Hypocrisy is at a premium

Those are some great proposals, put together by people who obviously have a handle on how to get problems solved. Again thanks for being willing to pick up the standard and move us forward. Thank you Joe

Dude, you helped elect a convicted felon and adjudicated rapist to the most powerful job in history by pretending that Joe Biden was at fault for his felony convictions. You wrote that down. In The Economist. In public. You overruled the juries and the rule of law because of Palantir’s partisan distaste for the Constitution and love for Russia and your personal dislike of taxes. It takes some real stones to show your face in public given what you did to America. And to write about protecting American cities? Extraordinary shamelessness.

The resources for SMI are not there. The $19 million from SAMHSA for building capacity is not enough. We’re going to have to invest if we really care about Iryna and many more like her.

Would this include ending the IMD Exclusion? Do you know of models of housing/treatment for SMI that are working?
