I’ve watched for decades as so much that made America thrive was deliberately cast aside. Thank you for doing the hard, essential work of restoring it.
Very excited about this. Shyam on “Invest like the Best” with Patrick O’Shaughnessy was one of my favorite in recent history. The thing about excellent guests isn’t just that they are accomplished or smart. Not everybody is a gifted speaker in the sense that they can distill the complex into a plain language.
For many extremely intelligent people, it’s hard to keep the thread of their thoughts in a format that is accessible to the wide audience. With super intelligent people who live in the meta level connecting the dots at a sonic speed, it is sometimes hard to stick to one topic at the time, finish the topic, and then move on because their mind is racing ahead.
Peter Thiel (or Elon to a lesser degree) are great examples of this.
I guess the point is to say Shyam Sankar IS a fun podcast guest because he delivers the complex in digestible portions.
